Although the term ‘values’ may be virtually meaningless outside an economic textbook, the implied suggestion that a life following Christ, Buddha, Hinduism, Allah or Humanism is the same (Letters, June 29), must be rejected. Religions are not fundamentally the same but superficially different, they are fundamentally different but superficially the same.
