Dog fights and chiasmus

Another chiasmus to start the week. This one is from the 34th President of the USA, Dwight D. Eisenhower, who had a highly successful military career before he became the president (which may explain the quote):

"What counts is not necessarily the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog."
