The Wednesday Word - sgriob

Today's wednesday word is sgriob. It means the itchiness that comes upon the upper lip just before taking a sip of whisky. It might also be in my once in a lifetime list, so here is my quote for it:
"He could feel the sgriob, but refused to drink - he wanted a beer."

How do you pronounce this word? I have been looking for this very word to use when I am drinking whisky.
