I saw this quote the other day and quite liked it but it has left me wondering for weeks now, what is the first?
“Smile - It's the second best thing you can do with your lips.”
Any ideas?

Yes, that's what I thought, but then someone put a seed of doubt in my head and said what about talking, praying, whistling, and possibly eating, sucking, and even getting stuck to cold metallic objects?
