Hot Cross Bun or Hot Star Bun

A blogging friend (and amazing real life friend) forwarded me these pictures of a Bakery in Sydney Australia that makes Hot Star Buns for their Jewish customers instead of Hot Cross Buns for their Christian Customers and everyone else. I suppose it shows the article below may not be that far from the truth.
They were from "The Grumpy Baker" and my wonderful friend was Di from Snippets and Scraps.
