The Wednesday Word - blamestorming

Today's Wednesday word is blamestorming. I'm not sure whether this is an official word yet, but I think you can probably work out what it means, namely a group discussion to determine why a project failed or to apportion fault.

Here is my quote for it:

"The team was sick of brainstorming, and thought a quick dose of blamestorming might help them let off some steam."
