The Wednesday Word - ferret

Today’s word is ferret. Everyone knows what this means, but I just love using this word as a verb, to search out and bring to light things by ferreting.

Here is my quote for it:

“While many people thought he looked like a ferret, his power of discovery, and unwavering ferreting is what made him the best detective in the New York Police Department”.
